Sometimes, when it hasn't been your week, or month, or even your year, you just wanna go someplace where everyone knows your name. When you just wanna get away from it all, why don't you tune into Local Cheer, the classic fantasy tv show where despite crazy schemes, character development, and wacky hijinx, the status quo never really changes.
A tavern sitcom ttrpg for 3 to 6 players. August 2019's one page micro-rpg, for the One Micro-rpg Game A Month challenge.
Inspired by Cheers, Friends, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Really impressed. Never thought Fiasco's mechanics could be seamlessly adapted into a self-contained 3-act sitcom structure... and in a mundane/no-fantasy tavern setting no less!
More than anything else, I'm wowed by how tight and compact everything is (conceptually, but also the space-optimizing layout). Cheers indeed!
